Coach Harford is a former Division I college baseball & football player at Cornell University and has direct experience with NCAA recruiting at all levels. Coach Mitchell was a 3-sport athlete (football/basketball/baseball) in HS and has recently concluded the NCAA recruiting process with his son Kevin, a scholarship baseball player at Colorado Mesa University. The coaches and the organization have extensive contacts from the PAC-12 and the Ivy League in Division I, the RMAC in Division II, to the Northern Athletics Collegiate Conference in Division III.

Coach Gale has been a competitive softball coach for 11 years. He played in Colorado's semi pro baseball league as a pitcher, catcher, and 3rd basemen for the Denver Zephers.

He currently helps at Frederick High School as an assistant coach.

 

As a first year competitive head coach in 2012-2013 he took his 10U team to a 3rd place finish in state with a 29 and 11 record.  Coach Gale also coached the 10U North Allstar team in 2013. In 2014 Randy was an assistant coach for the first year Colorado Pride 12U team. In 2015 Randy was the 12U Triple Crown Allstar coach.

 

In 2015 Coach Gale led the 12U Colorado Tigers - Gale to a 59-25-2 overall combined record in the 12u and 14u Divisions. The Tigers finished as USSSA 12U Colorado State Champions, runner up in 12U Triple Crown State. In the Triple Crown 12U World Series the Tigers finished in the top 30. 


In 2016 Coach Gale has led his 14UA Colorado Firecrackers to a 50-28-1 overall record. Randy took his first year 14's and competed at the highest level. His team played and won tournaments in 16U Open division, and 14U Open division. His team was also accepted to play in the Tulsa Elite Showcase where the played exceptionally well.  His team qualified for the 14A ASA Western Nationals where the team finished 9th.  

 

In 2017 Coach Gale again lead his team to a 55-14-4 record. He has led his team to wins in the championship in Las Vegas 14U, and played a very tough scheduled at Zoom into June where the Firecrackers Gale only lost 1 game against top competition in the Nation. In 2017 the Firecrackers Gale team competing in only 16U level tournaments in Colorado and placed in the top 3 in all but one. Completing the year as Triple Crown State Runner-up in the 16A division. Coach Gale's team will compete in TCS USA Nationals at a chance to be the number one team in the Nation for triple crown 14U division. Coach Gale's team has gotten the attention of some top colleges for his athletes and will be looking to build on the great success of the past years.

Coach Gale has helped athletes commit to playing in college from  JuCo, Division 2, and Division 1 NCAA.

Scott has been a competitive softball coach for four years. As a 10U competitive head coach he led his team to two state championships as well as three other first place tournament wins. At 12U the team took first place in two fall tournaments and competed well during the summer season bringing home six tournament trophies.
   

Scott loves to teach and coach the girls to the best of their ability.  He has the support of a great coaching staff to help the girls compete at the highest level.

Luke Fisher is entering his seventh year coaching softball at the high school level, all at Erie High School. Over the course of his seven years coaching softball, Fisher helped the Tigers to a record of 136-36 and seven state playoff appearances including seven final eights (2012, 2013, 2014, 2015, 2016, 2017, 2018), five final fours (2012, 2013, 2014, 2015, 2016) and two state championship games (2013,
2016).

 

Fisher has also been a part of the Erie High School Baseball staff for ten seasons and the last four as the program’s pitching coach and coordinator. During his tenure in baseball, the Tigers made the playoffs five times (2013, 2014, 2015, 2016, 2018), two final eights (2015, 2016) and one final four (2016).

A 2008 graduate of Erie High School, Fisher was a three year varsity letter in Baseball helping the Tigers to a state championship game appearance in 2007 and a final four in 2008. Fisher was named an all-conference pitcher in 2008. Fisher also holds a B.A. from the University of Colorado.

​

Luke is deeply committed to continuing to teach the game of softball and helping the Athletes of Colorado  achieve their goals . He is excited to continue coaching with the Colorado Firecrackers.
